If you have received a negative decision made by Citizenship and Immigration Canada or the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Division, or Immigration Appeal Division) with respect to one of the following cases, you may have rights to an appeal.

    • Sponsorship applications
    • Refugee claims
    • Removal Orders
    • Residency Obligation
    • Criminality
    • Detention
    • Admissibility reviews

Please  Contact Us   for a consultation appointment should you like more information or would like to file an appeal. Please note that for persons residing in Canada who wish to file an appeal, you must do so with 30 days of receiving the negative decision.

For those residing abroad, you have 60 days from the date of receiving the negative decision to file your appeal in Canada.
