If you would like to set up a phone or e-mail consultation, please send us the
consultation fee by regular mail or courier prior to doing so. Include a brief cover letter with your name and your complete contact information including a telephone number you can be reached at, your email address, the best time to reach you, and the reason you would like a consultation.

Please note that any legal advice provided over the phone or through email is considered to be a consultation appointment.

You are responsible for arranging an interpreter should you require one and you are not covered by Legal Aid.

  SENDING US YOUR DOCUMENTATION

If you are sending the   required documents  by fax, please include a cover page with your full name and the name of the person to whom the document belongs.

We require ORIGINALS of all criminal clearance certificates, medical reports you receive from the Designated Medical Practitioner, application fee receipts, and visa photographs.

All documents must be translated into the English language unless they are written in the French language.
