Michael Loebach, BA, LLB
Michael Loebach is a Canadian Barrister & Solicitor, and has been practicing law for over twenty eight years. He is a member in good standing of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Loebach’s primary focus is Immigration Law, and is authorized by the Canadian government to represent clients in all types of immigration and refugee legal matters.

In his practice, Mr. Loebach has been representing Spanish speaking immigrants and refugees since the early 1980’s and has successfully helped more than 3000 clients from all over the world wishing to immigrate to or to visit Canada, including a large number from Columbia. Mr. Loebach is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is therefore able to assist many of his clients in their native language.

Mr. Loebach has also been involved as both a trainer and board member with the cross-cultural program Canadian Crossroads International and other similar organizations. He has participated in educational delegations to Mexico, El Salvador, Peru, and more recently Colombia, as well as in exchange programs in Lesotho, India and Bangladesh.

Mia Loebach
Ms. Loebach is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant at our firm. She graduated from the Immigration Practitioner post graduate program at Seneca College in 2005 and has been a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants since that time. Ms. Loebach, in addition to being the Office Manager for the firm, provides a wide range of consulting services including assisting clients in the completion of immigration applications and documents, and preparation for various hearings and interviews.

Support Staff
The Law Offices of Michael Loebach employs 5 legal assistants, as well as additional support staff, most of whom are fluent in Spanish. These staff members can assist clients in reviewing and completing documents and forms for their immigration applications or claims, as well as providing document translation services.
