Our fees do not include disbursements such as the cost of translation of documents and any courier charges; clients are responsible for
these expenses. Note that clients not fluent in either English or Spanish are responsible for arranging for and compensating an
interpreter should one be required. An interpreter may be provided without cost by Legal Aid.

Fees are determined by the lawyer or consultant and are based on the complexity of your case or application. Any fees quoted over the
telephone are not guaranteed and are based solely on the information you provide to our staff.
We do accept clients who have or are in the process of applying for financial assistance from the Ontario Legal Aid Plan should you be
financially eligible and should your case have merit.
We accept payment by cash, money order, certified cheque, and personal cheques. We do not accept Debit, Visa, or MasterCard.
Should you wish to transfer funds directly into our bank account, please contact us. We will require confirmation from your bank that
the funds have been successfully deposited into our account.
You may be required to sign a written retainer agreement before any consultation and before any services may be rendered on your
behalf. The agreement will be explained in full before you sign and a copy will be provided to you.
